If you are having any issues with your subscription on the Live TV section of the EE TV box, for example, if you try to watch a Premium channel and you get a message telling you that you need to subscribe even though you have a subscription already.
There may be a synchronisation issue and we recommend resetting the box - follow the process below
Go To Settings
Then scroll across to Advance Settings
You'll be asked to enter your Pin to access Advanced Settings
Click on Reset Settings
Then when you go back to Live TV, you'll be asked to Log in again. Just click on the channel
The click Log In
And enter your TVPlayer credentials.
