What's the issue?
We are aware of an issue whereby customers were unable to record programmes because they had run out of storage but could not delete their recordings. This problem affects the iOS app and website but has a knock-on except for any recordable devices.
When will it be fixed?
A partial fix has already been rolled out. Your previously deleted recordings have now been fully deleted and you can create more space on the website at: https://tvplayer.com/recordings
A fix for the iOS app is underway and will be rolled out with the next update.
