If you subscribed to TVPlayer using your Roku account (via an in-app purchase on your Roku device), you need to manage your subscription in the Roku App Store.
What does this mean?
This means that for all billing or payment queries, refunds or cancellations you need to contact Roku. TVPlayer.com do not have access to your billing information, so are not able to make any billing adjustments or cancel these purchases for you.
To Manage your Roku subscription for TVPlayer:
1. Please visit: https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions
2. Sign in using your Roku credentials
3. Manage your subscription (example Appstore can be seen below)
