If you subscribed to TVPlayer using your Google Play account (via an in-app purchase on Android Mobile or Tablet), you need to manage your subscription in the Google Play Store.
What does this mean?
This means that for all billing or payment queries, refunds or cancellations you need to contact Google Play. TVPlayer.com do not have access to your billing information, so are not able to make any billing adjustments or cancel these purchases for you.
To Manage your Google Play subscription for TVPlayer:
1. Please visit: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
2. Sign in using your Google Play credentials
3. Manage your subscription (example Appstore can be seen below)
