    we have tried tonight to access TVPlayer App on our Samsung Smart TV but keep getting

    a warning box come up advising us that there is a problem with the license of the site and

    we are reluctant to proceed in case our finances are compromised.  can you please advise

    us how to proceed, I have had yet another email from you tonight and it not at all helpful, I

    am seventy years old and not technically minded to be able to sort this out on my own, I

    need very clear instructions from you to complete downloading onto the TV.
