iPhone/iPad: Device is Muted/No Sound

If you can see the video, but cannot hear the audio, your device may be muted. 

To resolve this: try:
  1. Check that the volume of your device is not turned all the way down. Using the volume button on the side of the device turn the volume up. 
  2. When watching a channel on TVPlayer tap the screen to bring up the overlay and check that the volume mute button (the speaker icon) is set to on and is not on mute 
  3. Check that you don't accidentally have your headphones plugged into your device, as if you do, the sound will come out of the headphone and not the speaker.
