If you can see the video, but cannot hear the audio, your device may be muted.
To resolve this: try:
- Check that the volume of your device is not turned all the way down. Using the volume button on the side of the device turn the volume up.
- When watching a channel on TVPlayer tap the screen to bring up the overlay and check that the volume mute button (the speaker icon) is set to on and is not on mute
- Check that you don't accidentally have your headphones plugged into your device, as if you do, the sound will come out of the headphone and not the speaker.
