Our free trial is designed to provide customers with free access to experience what we have to offer. When anyone signs up for the free trial, we try to make it very clear across the signup process that at the end of the trial, the subscription starts and payment is taken.
This is clearly explained several times and we continually work hard to ensure the messaging makes sense as we really want our customers to understand this. Many other services similar to TVPlayer do the same thing.
