How do I unsubscribe?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your TVPlayer Plus subscription.

How you cancel depends on how you subscribed to our service:

Desktop
If you signed up via the TVPlayer.com website, to cancel all you need to do is login to our website and click on "My Account". Then go to the "Billing Info" page, where you will find a button to "Cancel Subscription".

iOS Mobile & Tablet
If you subscribed via an In App Subscription on an iPhone or iPad, you will need to cancel your TVPlayer Plus Subscription with Apple. Instructions of how to do this are available here:

Android Mobile & Tablet
If you subscribed via an In App Subscription on an Android mobile or tablet, you will need to cancel your TVPlayer Plus Subscription with Google. Instructions of how to do this are available here:

Unfortunately, due to App Store policies, we are unable to cancel subscriptions taken out via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; the user must cancel their subscription directly using the process explained in the links below.
